  • Lamb Burger
  • 1 lb. lean ground lamb
  • 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bunch watercress, thick stems removed
  • 8 slider buns, split, toasted
  • Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
  • 1 cup chopped seeded, peeled cucumber
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
  • Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and pepper just until blended; shape into 8 patties.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F).
  • Meanwhile, prepare tzatziki sauce.
  • Place burgers on bottom halves of rolls; cover with watercress, tzatziki sauce and tops of rolls.
