  • 1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 4), cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 lb. red potatoes (about 3), cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Toss potatoes with garlic and oil; spread onto bottom of foil-lined rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 30 min. or until potatoes are tender.
  • Place potatoes in medium bowl. Mix sour cream, parsley and 1/4 cup cheese until blended. Add to potatoes; mix lightly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
